We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a national IT team that keeps our clinical and corporate services running smoothly—where customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement are core.
RHCNZ Medical Imaging is New Zealand’s largest private radiology provider, comprising Auckland Radiology, Bay Radiology, and Pacific Radiology. As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for technology support across the group, resolving incidents and requests and delivering great experiences for our people.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls and tickets within agreed SLAs; provide clear, timely updates
Provide walk‑up support and maintain a strong presence in the office
Document fixes, contribute to knowledge articles, and escalate effectively when required
Collaborate with engineers and application specialists
About the role:
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the IT Operations Team Lead.
You’ll be part of a high-performing IT team that provides responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable support to our staff across the country.
This is an office-based role where we operate in an open-plan office where you will provide face to face, and walk-up support throughout the day as well as support on the phone.
This opportunity can be in several of our locations; Auckland (Remuera), Wellington (CBD), Christchurch (Victoria St) or Tauranga (17th Ave)

Confidence troubleshooting across Windows/Microsoft 365 and common enterprise tools
Experience with ticketing systems and structured support practices (ITIL helpful)
