RHCNZ Medical Imaging | Pacific Radiology, Bay Radiology, Auckland Radiology

RHCNZ brings together Pacific Radiology, Bay Radiology and Auckland Radiology, delivering imaging, reporting and contract services across Aotearoa, backed by our shareholding radiologists. Behind that sits a workforce of radiologists, clinical teams, frontline staff and corporate teams who all need to hear from us in different ways.

That's your job. And you'll shape how it's done.

What you'll be doing

This is a sole charge internal comms role, working shoulder to shoulder with our brand and marketing team to support external comms. You'll sit close to the top, advising our CEO and Executive Leadership Team on how to land messages that matter, including the difficult ones.

You'll be:
  • The steady voice in the room when leaders need honest advice on timing, tone and audience impact
  • Leading communications through change, consultations and the projects that move the organisation forward
  • Running our internal channels, from the intranet to newsletters to leadership updates, and making them genuinely useful
  • Writing the content that connects people to why their work matters
  • Teaming up with brand and marketing team on media, reputation and external messaging
  • Lifting the communication capability of our leaders right across the motu
Who we're looking for

Someone senior enough to advise a chief executive and hands-on enough to build a newsletter. You've done several years in internal communications, you hold a relevant qualification, and you've guided leaders through complex or regulated territory before.

You write well. You know which channel suits which audience. You're confident across Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint and Teams. And because this role runs solo, you can prioritise ruthlessly and say no when it counts. Healthcare experience or design skills like Canva would be a welcome bonus.

Why you'll want to work here

Patients are our why. Manaaki is at our core. Our team is our greatest strength. Excellence is our ambition. These aren't posters on a wall, they're how decisions get made.

You'll have real influence, real autonomy, and work that reaches people helping New Zealanders get answers about their health.

We welcome people of all gender identities, ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, disabilities and religions, and we're committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and better health outcomes for Māori and Pacific peoples.
