Working as part of a supportive team, with clear processes and expectations in place. It is a large company with plenty of opportunities to learn, and opportunities to move and grow.

The people and culture. Some of these things are intangible, but there is a feeling of togetherness and caring for each other that is probably different from other practices. The expectation of superior quality in delivering excellent results to our patients is the bottom line, but to be able to go to work with many that you respect and enjoy working with is what makes us a great place to work.
